Freelance Writer | Multiple positions open

We are looking for freelance writers to grow our network of talented creatives to support our expanding client base.


Write blog posts, thought leadership articles, ebooks, research reports, search-optimized web copy and other content for Candor clients.


Exceptional writing skills (writing samples required), experience in marketing our journalism, working knowledge of SEO.


We offer favorable flat-rate compensation for freelancers unless alternative rates are negotiated. Please inquire for specifics. 

Account Manager | One Position Open

Candor is looking for an account manager to engage and retain our portfolio of clients. As the dedicated point of contact and internal advocate for our clients, you will work to ensure their interests are consistently represented and prioritized.


In this role, you'll aim to exceed client expectations and cultivate opportunities to expand our engagements with additional services. You will be assigned a set of client accounts and meet with them regularly to build strong relationships, manage timelines, review milestones, resolve production issues, clarify needs, and translate their interests into action plans. You’ll proofread and deliver completed content, update clients on campaign performance using platforms like HubSpot, and coordinate projects with the internal team. Finally, you will be responsible for allocating resources such that work plans are fulfilled on time and on budget.


  • 2+ years of experience in a relationship management position (account management, customer service, project management, etc.)
  • Fluency in G-Suite and assured in learning new programs
  • Exemplary organization and time management skills
  • Comfort and confidence in spellchecking between 1,000-4,000 words of content per day
  • Someone who is able to work in front of a computer screen and type for the majority of the business day
  • Someone who is capable and confident in performing phone calls on behalf of Candor
  • Someone who is available to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours in a U.S. timezone (PT/MT/CT/ET)
  • Someone who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who is legally allowed to work in the U.S. 

Preference for Candidates With: 

  • Experience in digital marketing and publishing environments like WordPress, HubSpot, etc.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software like HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, or similar
  • An understanding of the key goals and motivators of both early-stage and growth-stage technology companies
  • An understanding of search engine optimization fundamentals
  • Experience in the B2B technology space
  • Proficiency in web-based project management software like Asana,, Wrike, or similar

What We Offer: 

  • $55,000-$65,000 starting salary, based on experience
  • Fully covered health and dental insurance and 401K
  • Flexible work-from-home policy & unlimited PTO, subject to approval
